Every Generation Capital Campaign

December 7, 2025, marked an exciting day for Grace Church. The congregation met to discuss and vote on a Deacon-proposed project to expand our church building and replace our current parking lot. The vote resulted in unanimous approval of the project! With our Sunday morning and Wednesday night ministries utilizing every room in our building, this expansion provides more educational space to propel us forward in our mission to know Christ and make him known to Every Generation.

Financial details regarding the scope of the approved project are as follows: 

  • The cost of the building addition and replacement of the parking lot will not exceed $2 million. 

  • The project will be funded by three methods: $200,000 from the general fund reserve, a 3-year Capital Campaign, and a loan borrowing up to but not exceeding $1.5 million. 

  • The Every Generation Capital Campaign began on February 1, 2026, and will conclude on December 31, 2028. 

  • The goal of the Capital Campaign is to raise $1.2 million 60% of the total project cost.
